Tools & Apps
Digital Microscopes - these are great tools. Plug in via USB and use your PC camera to view (you may need to turn the camera around). Take photos of what you view.
Arduino Science Journal - a really useful free app for Android and ios devices and Chromebooks (although best used on a phone or ipad). Can record ambient light (on some devices), sound, pressure, movement and much more. Observations and experiments can be easily photographed and recorded. Loads of activities to get started or create your own.
Light & Sight
Science Learn Resources
Arduino Science Journal - inbuilt sensors detect light intensity/brightness
Micro-bits - in-built sensors plus you can create night lights and various other light-sensitive devices.
